Other Details to Note
Pool heat (cooler months only) Heating the pool is an add-on, so guests who don't want it aren't paying for it in the nightly rate. It runs $50 to $100 a night depending on the weather. Message me at least 24 hours ahead and I'll have it ready when you arrive. The one limit: I can't run the heater when temperatures drop below 45 degrees, because it can damage the equipment. The hot tub is always heated at no charge. The home is located at the end of a cul de sac, so most anyone driving by is going to be limited to neighbors that live on the same street. Most of our guests drive, but there are plenty of things to do near by that are within walking or biking distance. Leon Creek Greenway, Yucca Shady Creek and Cedar Flats, Savanna Loop, Denman Estate Pond, and Shavano Park Red Loop are some of the most immediately nearby walking and biking trails!
